Buying procedure
To buy and take possession of the products offered for sale, you need to complete the following steps:
- Identifying and choosing products
- Register as a user
- Paying for products
Payment is made online or by bank transfer/payment order under the conditions regulated in Chapter VII. The final cost will contain the price of the ordered product, including VAT, and, if applicable, the delivery price.
By placing an electronic or telephonic order, you agree to the form of communication (telephone or email) by which the site conducts its operations.
To ensure the best possible delivery, it's crucial that the beneficiary details are complete and correct when filling in your beneficiary details. This responsibility ensures a smooth delivery process.
If you cannot provide us with your full address or full name, please let us know by phone or email. It's important to note that we are not responsible for late deliveries caused by incomplete data, so please ensure all details are complete.
According to the new legal regulations, ORDER no. 3769 of December 23, 2015, starting with 01.10.2016, all invoices must contain all identification data, so the customer is obliged to fill in all mandatory fields on the order page having the option to check if he wants the delivery data to be taken as invoice data.
How to buy
1. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, the product prices displayed on https://www.florarialavieenrose.ro/ are the final purchase prices, including VAT (value-added tax of 19%, valid in Romania).
2. Product discounts
Voucher discounts only apply to floral products (flower bouquets and arrangements). They cannot apply to sweets, drinks, toys, or accessories (vases, baskets, packaging).
3. Payment methods
After placing your order, you can choose between the following payment methods: online by credit card or bank transfer/payment order. If you have chosen a bank transfer/money order, a window will appear to confirm your order and provide the relevant payment information. You will also receive this information by e-mail as an invoice.
