If you got a bouquet of flowers:<\/p>

-Put the flowers as soon as possible in a large enough vase with clean water;
-Keep flowers in a bright, airy place out of direct sun.
Along with the bouquet you've just received, you've enclosed a sachet of preservative to help prolong the life of your flowers and keep them looking their best. Before adding the preservative, follow these steps:<\/p>

-dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a liter of clean water;
-fill daily with clean water and cut off 2 cm of the flower stem with a sharp cutter
WARNING! The preservative can only be used for cut flowers at a single water change.
If you've received a flower arrangement, along with sponge (called an oasis):<\/p>

-keep the sponge moist at all times (flowers absorb water from it);
-Avoid moving the arrangement;
keep the arrangement in a bright, airy place out of direct sunlight.
If you've got a potted plant arrangement:<\/p>

-keep the arrangement in as bright, airy place as possible, out of direct sunlight
-weld the arrangement sparingly, only when the soil tends to dry out, every 3-4 days
-choose the right fertilizer for each ornamental plant, by flower or by foliage, and use it monthly during growing periods and every two weeks during flowering
We recommend keeping your flowers as cool as possible, away from draughts and away from physical shocks (moving, hitting, etc.) or thermal shocks (going from hot to cold).<\/p>

XV. RIGHT OF RETURN<\/p>

According to GEO 34\/2014, flowers and sweets are products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and are exempted from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>

Toys, vases and other non-perishable decorative products sold by SC SHAKI COMP SRL can be returned<\/p>

Denunciation and return procedure:<\/p>

You can only return non-perishable and\/or non-food products. As a result, flowers and sweets cannot be returned, toys, vases, accessories and baskets can.
Return is made by sending the products to the address: SC SHAKI COMP SRL, Colonia Borhanci, 197\/1, Cluj-Napoca, by any courier you want.
The return package transportation will be paid by SC SHAKI COMP SRL.
The parcel will contain all the documents initially received, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid for the order, notifying the termination of the contract and requesting the refund of the amount paid, indicating the account and bank where the money will be returned.
The parcel must be sent to the headquarters of SC SHAKI COMP SRL within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.
The amount paid will be refunded in full within 14 calendar days of receipt of the withdrawal notification.
Following the entry into force of GEO 34\/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of taking physical possession of the product. The customer must notify us by email, post, phone, SMS, verbal, etc.<\/p>
